Hard Ginger Beer. A traditional style ginger beer, made with a malt base, lashings of fresh ginger root, a touch of organic cane sugar, lemon juice & yeast… that's it. Our ginger has a distinctly 'beery' taste without the bitterness of hops. Creating a refreshing, malty spiced brew

Bottled, from Kiplishalli, Kilpisjärvi, Finland. Hazy golden, small head. Distinct ginger aroma. Sweet and fruity with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Buttery with some sugar and plenty of ginger that leaves a burning sensation in a syrupy finish.

50 cl bottle @ Atala, BBE 01/2014
Aroma is quite light with cinnamon and some ginger. Flavour is quite refreshing with ginger, cinnamon and some citrus. Nice burning ginger afterwards. A bit straightforward and thin but nice anyway.

500 ml bottle. A pale golden body with a small white head. Aroma is just ginger and nothing more. Flavor is sweet ginger with ginger in aftertaste. Thin body, a bit like soda pop. Totally one dimensional.

500ml bottle picked up at The Cave in Glasgow. Noisy pour revealing a clear straw coloured body with a very fast disappearing white head. Ginger all over. Spicy and sweet. Cleansing to the throat. Quite alright as a kind of soft drink (hotel room, 11.04.2012).

Copper red. VERY gingery aroma. Fruity to begin with, the rest is ginger. In my opinion, terrible. The first beer ever I have not finished.
