Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average to large, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, peppery notes, light yeasty, vomit, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100122
