Bottle 630ml.Light unclear light to light medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard and wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100821]

clear yellow,almost no head. sweet apple aroma. flavor is very nicely apple and faint tartness. a little bit bitter, yet alc well hidden. nice

63 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is acidic and dry apple fruity. Acidic and slight acetone. Mild apple fruity underneath. Ends dry and acidic into the finish.

Bottle 63 cl. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a tiny white head. Tart appley aroma. Light body, very dry and tart apple accents. Not vinegary at all, just dry and quenching. A very authentic farmhouse cider. 210810
