From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is delicate herbaceous, also a little spicy. Body is slightly dense with good carbonation. Taste has a good sweet base, with traditional bitterness, giving further herbaceous/hay feeling. Finish is long and bitter.

On tap @ IBF Pub Edition, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è più che sufficiente. La schiuma deriva da bollicine fini. Il liquido è velato, di colore giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo.
