An aromatic session bitter. It has a pale straw appearance and carries light bitterness and body to the aftertaste. Bitterness comes from a fusion of Fuggles and Goldings hops at the beginning of the boil to balance the pale malt. The aroma comes from a late addition of Cascade hops.

Cask. Slightly hazy yellow with hardly any head. Butter and fruit in the nose. Thin and watery, a slight fruitiness and a very subdued bitterness. Very, very ordinary. 200110

Cask-conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath 3/01/09. Deep gold with a slight white head. Sweetish malt aroma with some hay and a touch of grassy hop. Flavour was much the same, with some summer fruits and a decent bitter finish. An ok effort from a new brewery.
