On tap. Unclear amber color. Aroma: malt, fruit, candy and caramel. Taste: a little tart, malt, slightly fruity, a little dried fruit.

From tap. Muddy bronze, lush off-white head. Good lacing. Lots of lollipop and spicy yeast on nose. Light to medium body. Oily to creamy palate. Rather dry taste. Dried fruit (apples & pears), minimal phenols, light to medium grassy hop bitterness. This beer is very distinct. Its Belgian character is not obvious. Yet it’s a nice unique ale. Feels stronger than 5%.
