Buying it at the coop, Haute-Nendaz, opening there, on the balcony, watching this beautiful spot at Haute-Nendaz. Drinking it three days ago, as usual, it is a rich red lager, not so common, malty, smooth, fruity, a bit sweet and fruity, 16.07.24

Pours very hazy ruby red, topped with a thin and just slightly off-white ehad, not lasting. Gentle fruity nose, berries and raspberries, slightly soury. Quite malty, a bit sweet with slight herbal bitterness, terrible leathery presence. Medium light body, almost a bit watery and no carbonation. Very gentle but something is off.

Bottled 250ml. -from Coop Sion Switzerland. Batch or bottle No.71. Clear amber coloured, small off-white head, dust and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, notes of dried fruits and spices with peppery notes in the finish. Not bad. 5.4%ABV.

(Bottle 33 cl) Bottle # 18, aged - best before december 2003. Very beautiful reddish amber with a crea,y, beige head. Lightly tart, fruity nose. Medium-bodied with some lightly roasted malt and caramel. Discreet hoppiness in the finish. Quite lovely - has aged with grace. Thanks to fiulijn for this. 020506
