2006-01-20, Batch #9, bbd 11.2001, 5 years old, 7-3-6-3-14=33
Extremely lively bottle; muddy dark amber color. Strong aroma of chocolate, some mold, light sourness. The body became thinner in the years, yet quite balanced, a bit more complex than it used to be, with a light sourness. Interesting ageing experiment.
2003-01-16, Batch #15, 7-3-6-3-14=33
Cloudy amber color, poor head. Nice aroma, but simple: malt, some hop, caramel. Ordinary amber, without originality and a real character. Reasonable body strength, some residual sweetness at the end. Ordinary palate.

Reddish brown. Neutral aroma. Light bodied. Discrete notes of peat and spices. Slightly roasty. Medium bitterness. I light but interesting and refreshing ale.
