Pours a foamy lemon yelloe. Grassy citrus nose. Mildly acidic taste. Pretty well balanced wit.

Hazy pale yellow colour, small but stable frothy white head, nice lacing. Aroma yeast, wheat, lemon, bit of banana, coriander. Taste medium sweet and slightly sour, bit spicy. Medium body, watery to oily texture, overall a very refreshing witbier.

Some spice in the aroma. Has a really clean, fresh taste. Has a nice wheaty taste with other cereal notes and a bit of pepper in the finish.

Corked and caged 75 cl brown bottle dated 03/21/2011 poured into a weizen glass. Pours pale golden with medium bright white head that dies. Medium lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and light tart lemon aroma. Taste is tart lemon, slightly grainy wheat, some orange peel, and a hint of coriander. Beer is past its prime.

750 c&c from Half Time. Pours hazy light gold with a fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus zest. Near med body. The flavor has lots of orange peel, and it seems some yeast/clove. I’d say it’s quite dry.

Draught Small white head, shards of lace on fully hazy yellow beer with a greenish sheen. Coriander³, stinking to high heaven; rimpled old citrusfruit. Coriandersoup to the point of ridiculous; old teatowels, old ladies’ best-never-used-rooms. Refreshing MF, definitely its best (single?) point. This is indeed Belgian wit. Be happy with it, yanks.

Draft at Churchkey in Washington. Poured a hazy yellow color with a thick, creamy and a bit foamy white head. Aroma was grain (wheat), citrus, yeast, banana. Almost a note of anise to it. Flavor was about the same, with a solid wheat, banana and citrus flavor. This was pretty solid.
