Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e che resiste abbastanza. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Bottle. Clear amber featuring a decent white head. Surprising aroma of grapefruits, malt lozenges, caramel and Belgian yeast. Taste of caramel, grains, grass, grapefruit, sparkling wine and old apples. Herbal and fruity with a dry finish. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. A strange beast. I‘d love to know if my bottle was off or if this is really a misguided attempt at an Amber Ale/Tripel hybrid.
