2018 bottle. Clear golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is clearly apple, a bit phenolic and red apple, leathery. Taste is red apple, quite tart, sweet and sour, phenolic in the back. Oily mouthfeel, a bit chalky, sparkly carbonation.
