Cask. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and butterscotch, leading to a dry finish where the butterscotch note lingers.

Cask (handpump) @ Hillsborough Hotel, 54-58 Langsett Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S6 2UB.Clear medium orange color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty - mold - damped stained, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask. Pours an almost clear golden with a creamy off-white head. Fresh fruity aroma, citrus and peach. Light body, low in carbonation, lightly sweet fruit with a lightly bitter finish. 180110
