Cask (handpump) @ Hillsborough Hotel, 54-58 Langsett Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S6 2UB.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, light butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]

Cask. Clear golden with a lovely creamy white head leaving some laces. Lovely citrusy Cascade aroma. Medium body, low carbonation and a soft mouthfeel, sweet fruity notes and again citrusy hops. Lightly hoppy finish. 180110
