Cask (handpump) @ The Brewery Tap (Derby’s Royal Standard), Derwent Street, Derby, Derbyshire England DE1 2ED.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, sour malt - hop notes, moderate hoppy, citrus, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]
