Cask (handpump) @ The Brewery Tap (Derby’s Royal Standard), Derwent Street, Derby, Derbyshire England DE1 2ED.Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel - toffee notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]
