For our dual hopped pale ales, we matched the malt base to that of our Single Hop series and looked to Simcoe and Centennial to showcase how the two hop profiles complement one another.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
(Can, 0.44 l - canned on 12.11.2020 - BB 12.05.2021, from Pien Shop, 20201211) The beer poured pale golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, grass and resin. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, white bread, resin, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with bit too thin body.
