Blend of Fyne Ales house culture-fermented porter and rum barrel-aged clean-fermented imperial stout, conditioned with Origins house culture.

Recreating the flavours of a traditional vatted porter. Aromas of chocolate and coffee. Soft acidity pairing with red fruits, chocolate and coffee. Lasting oak tannins, rich chocolate notes on the finish.

375ml bottle from brewery shop in Cairndow - black body with a massive lasting tan head. Real vineous berry notes, sharp bitterness, but balanced with some roasted chocolate notes. Very interesting beer this one.
