Bottle from Great Grog. Clear amber body with a white head that fades quickly. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of nuts, copper and tea. Flavour of copper penny, grain and lime. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. I usually enjoy Tryst’s beers but something’s not quite right with this for me. It’s sharp and tangy, not at all what I associate with a bock. It’s not sweet enough.
