Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is sweet malty. Dust, caramel and paper. Medium bodied.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, burnt caramel malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 5.0%. Weak caramelly aroma. Clear copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is a bit watery, but there is some fruit and a little caramel. Harmless.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Clear amber with a small off-white head. The nose has a little caramel and a whiff of metal. Medium body, some caramel, slightly metallic with a tart edge. Dry finish. 140810

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Allen) Clear, amber colour with a thick and slightly beige-coloured foamy head. Sweet and slightly bready cara-malty with traces of citric and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour with a moderate malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Cara-malty base with balanced herbal hoppy accents; quite dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with lighter bready notes. Rounded and quaffable brew. 07.IV.10

Bügelverschlußflasche (donated by Allen!): Clear, light amber to amber coloured, quite stable and lacy off-white head; sweet caramelly and dark-malty nose with an aromatic-hoppy background; moderate to solid, relatively dry bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering drier robust caramelly and hoppy finish. Fine stuff....and presumably completely different from the samples the co-raters examined!

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Bov. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Light spiced. Dry malty flavoured, vague metallic. Bitter and dry crisp hoppy into the finish alongside a small roasted malt note.
