Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è di aspetto torbido e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. In bocca l'aroma è quello di biscotto, frumento, agrumi e spezie.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo/arancio torbido, al naso intenso banana e cereali, in bocca ancora banana ma predomina i chiodi di garofano e le spezie, carbonazione moderata, corpo rotondo, lieve acidula, amaro leggero. Una birra dall’aroma e dal gusto intenso. Molto buona 01.03.19

0.33l bottle from a coop in bern, 1.90 fr. pours a cloudy pale golden with a frothy head. aroma of banana, bubblegum, apricots. flavour of lemon, banana, vegetables, coriander. a bit watery, quite straightforward.

Bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. A clear, slightly pale, golden beer with a minimal off-white head. Rather weak nose with banana and tropical fruits in syrup. Sweet flavor with tropical fruits in syrup, some bitterness show up in the end. Medium body, dry and quite effervescent. As the amber from the same brewery, it’s rather uninteresting, but at least not foul. 100814

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head. Nose is sweet. Banana, wheat and paper. Watery palate. A bit of citrus.
