Cask (handpump) @ The Rake, 14 Winchester Walk, London, Greater London England SE1 9AG.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, toffee, light caramel, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100730]
