Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, bb 15/12/2013
Hazy amber color with medium sized creamy head. Mediocre aroma of malt and cereals. Round mouthfeel; some caramel flavor, with small residual sweetness and light cereals touch; very light sweet liquorice shade in the end; it has ordinary bitterness.
Easy beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Lightly sweet caramel in the nose. Medium body, fruity with roasted malts, toffee and caramel and a discreet yeasty whiff - but not your typical Belgian yeast as woud be expected. Has a light bitterness in the finish. Actually appear more British in character, and I believe the brewer said he used British hops for this. 280510
