Bottle 500ml. clear glass. [ As Herrnbräu Helles Vollbier ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100813] 5-3-5-3-10 Draught @ Leitner Bräu-Stubn, Nürnberger Straße 19, 91126 Schwabach, Germany. [ As Leitner Pils ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity, sweet malt. Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, slightly pale, golden beer with an off-white head. Pale malts and fruity, slightly peppery hops in the aroma. The flavor is following the same path, pale malts and some hops to make balance. Medium body and a quite bitter finish. A decent one, but utterly boring. Easy to drink though, but not a quenching one. 100813

Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, smaller - slowly diminishing - white head; moderate grainy to pale-malty nose with a light dusty and strawy touch; light sweetish-bitter flavour, quite soft and light bodied; slightly lingering - mainly - sweetish-grainy finish with a delicate tart bitterness in the very end. Pleasnt, well crafted Helles......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty and grainy nose with a light artificial note, reminding me a bit of varnish oil. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Pale malt-character, slightly strawy taste with shy herbal spice. Faint bitter finish with light grainy notes in the aftertaste 04.IX.09
