*Old rating, best before 21.03.12. Schönes frisches Weizen. Nicht zu fruchtig, dezent mild mit leichten Nelken-Tönen.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty-yeasty, modest fruity like apricot. Light sourish background. Finish well balanced. Nice!

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, murky golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly musty banana-fruity and moderately wheaty aroma with grainy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Grainy and mildly wheaty taste with notes of cara-malt and banana; moderately sweet and fruity grainy malty finish. Middle of the road Weizen. 30.V.12

Wässrige, hefig-süße Aromen zu Beginn. Geringe Herbe, leider wird das Bier noch wässriger und hat so im Mittelteil jeglichen Reiz verloren. Laffe Hefenoten, minimale Bitterkeit zu Ende. 8/7/5/5/8/5

Muddy blond color. Aroma of wheat, corn, dirty water, a bit sour. The flavor at least is not flawed; there is some spicy character, mild, and some wheat; also very light citrusy touch. Low bitterness. The final leaves a very light oily feeling of liquorice, if not exactly the flavor, and this is not appreciated. Simple.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet-sour lemon, banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Sweet-sour lemon, light clove and wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Drinkable but pretty bland and lacking in fruity esters - more like a standard wheat ale.
