Samuel Adams Imperial Stout is our take on the stouts brewed by 18th century English brewers for the Russian Imperial Court of Catherine II. The special malted barley in this intense and massive brew delivers rich flavours like dark chocolate, coffee and anise.

355 ml bottle from a Fakta discounter. Poured in to a Snifter. Pitch black with a creamy, tanned head. Sweet aroma with roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel malts, liquorice and spicy hints. Taste is sweet. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with roasted notes and chocolate. Lovely Stout. At just 13 DKK this is very hard to beat price-taste wise.
