With a nod to Einstein’s love for the violin paired with their Quartet series, our latest collab builds this DIPA with 4 adjunct malts, starting with torrefied wheat, malted oats, flaked wheat, and chit malt. Keeping with the theme of four, we aggressively hopped Einstein’s Quartet with Nelson, Krush, Eclipse, and Citra.
With its heavy hop saturation and uber haze, intense, distinctly Nelson aromas permeate with combined flavors of mango, tangerine, and Lychee OJ all blended into a creamsicle like full texture, pleasant bitterness, and pop of #EQjuice melon at the end of each sip.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-bright yellow color almost with that "cardboard" stiffness but slightly glossy too then topped by a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mango to tangerine like in their hop notes with a sweet grainy to semi-oat-like sweetness underneath
Flavor: does a great job of replicating the aromas in a sweet to bittersweet and juicy sort of way; finishes mostly with the mango to tangerine tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue and also a light speck of creaminess but also a little bit of dryness entering in just seems more or less for effect
Overall: a nicely done NEDIPA I would definitely have again.

US pint can at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, grainy, light dank, juicy pineapple, light floral, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
