Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear yellow with a creamy white head. Extremely perfumy nose. Medium body, extremely perfumy and artificial blueberry accents. Astringent and chemical. Yuck! 130810

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a white head. Blueberry shampoo-like aroma with some malts in the back. The flavor too has too much blueberry, blueberries are really good, but they don’t fit in this beer. Medium body. The finish has some bitterness, but also here the blueberries chime in. Not bad at all, but there’s too much blueberry in it. 100813

Cask Conditioned at The Crown, London (Brewer St.)
Hazy blond color. Aroma of bread, pastries, vanilla, berries. Malty flavor, residual sweetness, correctly bitter, with a touch of blueberries. The blueberries are out of place, with this otherwise very good Blond Ale.

(Cask at Old Mitre, Hatton Garden, London, 19 Nov 2008) Golden colour with creamy, white head. No ... doesn’t resemble blueberries in any way. Fruity nose with distinct aromas of ... yes ... blueberries. Malty, fruity taste with blueberries and vanilla. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Fairly sweet and rather artificial. Weird beer, but still fairly nice. In short: golden blueberry pie with custard.
