Cask@ festival der Bierkulturen, Koeln: Golden, hazy, stable creamy white head; sourish-fruity and also piney nose; solid sourish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; more piney flavours showing up in the peachy-fruity finish. Great stuff.........

Cask @ Copenhagen 2010. Earthy and bready notes. Makes the sour lambic more pronounced. Quite unknown hop to me actually.

Draught@CPH BeerFest 2010. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is brett, fruits, wood and some mild grassyness. Flavour is fruits, wood, some brett, mild earthyness as well.

Aurora version. Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a bubbly orangey head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and floral notes of hops. The flavor is sweet and acidic - the acidity draws out the mouthwater combined with floral hoppy notes, and light notes of grass, leading to a tart finish.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Sour aroma with sourish apples and wheat notes. Flavour had barnyard, sour apples, hints of malt, lacto and brett. Finished sour.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours unclear golden with a small off white head. Nose and flavor are exotic fruits, funk and berries. Dry and wonderfull tart and fruity hoppy flavor. Lasting dry, bitter and tart end. Nice

Draught. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter and sour flavor. Long great modearte bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Compared to the saaz version it is more fruity and with notes of black currant. Lemony and well rounded. Mid-sour with notes on mango and cat pee, slight salty licorice in the acidic finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is milky and slight acidic with a nice hops citrusy note. Yeasty too. Citric to acidic flavoured with a nice hoppy note coming through on top. Baking yeasty note. Citric and hoppy finish. Acidic into the far finish.
