Draught/Cask at København Ølfestival 2010
Hazy golden color. This hop doesn't interfere with the base Lambic, that shows all its grapefruit character.

Etwas holzig, insgesamt angemessen. /13/11/12//11

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Almost clear golden body with a diminishing white head. Aroma is acidic and funky. Flavor is quite refreshing sour with soft malt, fruit and mild barnyard. I think this is the one from the dry hop series with least hop flavor, still a smoother impression on and maybe a more correct mix of lambic and hops – or maybe I just prefer the original stuff better? It’s been a fun and educational experience anyway.

On tap at KØ-10. A clear, straw colored beer with just some off-white bubbles as a head. Quite subtle hops on the nose, with lemon and barnyard. Nice but a bit weak all over. The flavor is tart and lemony with some barnyard, a little bitterness too. Bitter, lemony sour finish. Dry, medium body. A quite nice one, both hops and lambic reponsible for equally large portions of the flavor. 100506

On tap. Almost clear amber golden with a rough off-white head. Fresh, subtle Brett aroma with a whiff of barnyard. Medium body, flat, again very subtle Brett accents. Not that many traces of the dryhopping really. 080510

6th May 2010. Copenhagen beer festival. Hazy gold beer. Light suddy head. Sour but the lemonness is balanced by a litte grapefruit hop. Finishes dry. Lambic isn’t my style and this is probably a better beer that I’m giving it credit for.
