Cask @ Copenhagen 2010. Hop adds more to the taste than to the aroma. Dryish, bready and a bit earthy. Aroma remains quite tart.

Draught@CPH BeerFest 2010. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, some sour wood as well as mild tartness. Flavour is much the same.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours unclear golden with a small creamy white head. Lots of grass and fruit beneath a fresh tart and funky nose. Dry and refreshing flavor with mainly lambic dominating. Very nice.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, funk and grass. Dry and tart flavour with a strong grassy note. Slightly bitter finish, but not that sour. Among this set of single hop lambik, I felt that the Saaz gave the most traditional result - and I mean that as a characterization, not as a good or bad thing, though I really enjoyed this one.

Sample at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Very nice lambic, fruit, tart, soft, yeast, grass and very drinkable.

Draught. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Very sour. Moderate bitter sour flavor. Average moderate bitter nice finish. Oily palate.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Fruity nose. Sweaty and tart, soft and mellow. The saaz are mild enough for most of the lambic character to prevail, but also adds some spicyness and hay. Fresh and mid-sour. Great stuff!

Handpumped. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is acidic and crisp hops bitter. Smooth acidic and light hops fruity. Bitter and dry malty. Bitter and citric into a dry and acidic finish.
