Hazy amber, minerally nose with apples, light simple pale ale. Not bad, but not memorable.

Bottle from El Coleccionista, Gijon, Asturias, Spain, Wednesday 25th June 2014 consumed at home Tuesday 1st July 2014 Hazy amber on appearance with a filmy white head. Lovely bittersweet beer with a lengty but not too bitter finish. Citrussy throughout with a light pithy edge leaning towards a more grapefruity flavour. Very enjoyable, could drink this all day quite happily, really liking this. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.7

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Na’ama. Hazy golden. Aroma of stale hops, a bit fruity, a bit soapy, and some yeast. Yeasty flavor, a bit husky, with some sweetness, some fruitiness, stale floral hops and some bitterness. Medium-bodied. Seems too old.

The Sampler, Brooklyn 11.2oz: Pours hazy gold with white head. Aroma is lightly floral and fruity, with some light lemony citrus standing out. Taste is slightly bitter, but also flavorful in all the other hoppy ways. Nice pale malt backbone. This is a passable APA. It is good to see Spanish beer starting to become all craft-like
