Medium offwhite head. Slightly hazy pale yellow body. Floral strawy gooseberry aroma with wooden dusty notes. Dry-sweet dusty wooden gooseberry taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Bitter-dry dusty strawy floral aftertaste with wooden dandelion notes. Nice, drinkable, not very remarkable. A touch too bitter. (0.284l cask at The Old White Swan, York.)

Cask@The Mudlark (near London Bridge). Golden colour with a small white foamy head, that leaves a quite rich lace. Aroma is fruity, floral and grassy hops with some mild malts and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is bigtime bitter floral and grassy hops with mild fruity and nectary notes. A bit watery palate. Very bitter finish.
