Aroma has apple juice, slightly floury apples and some fruit sugar notes. Rather aggressively tart flavour has apples. some grapefruit and distant leathery notes. Sour apple juice in the finish. Starts to feel acidic at the end of the glass. Quite unique.

Draught @ Plevna, Itainenkatu 8, Tampere, Finland.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy appel, green apple, dry apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, dry dry nad very tart - hønserøv - chicken butt dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100701]

Draught@Plevna. Pale golden colour, no head. Rather sour green and red apples with some slight wooden and spicy notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same. Very mouthdrying. Aftertaste is quite much green apples only. Had it next to their mediumdry applecider (the normal "omenasiideri"), and this was way more dry and sour/tart.
