Bottle. Opaque brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, malts, herbal, caramel. Taste is the same, not too sweet, earthy. Solid!

On tap at Oluthuone Panimomestari. Dark brown with a medium head. Sweet with malt, some caramel and notes of dried fruit. Quite nice.

On tap at Plevnan, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, a little caramel and a hint of smoke. Flavour is along the same lines, with caramel and bready malt. Lightly bitter finish, but this is mostly a malt bomb. Solid.

Draft at SOPP Helsinki 2017. Clear amber brown color beige head. Aroma of caramel and bubblegum. Taste has banana, citrus, bubblegum, light roast. Very nice.

Tummanruskea, kirkas olut melko pienellä vaahdolla. Kuin ilmetty saman panimon James ulkonäöltään. Pehmeän maltainen tuoksu, samoin maku pehmeän maltainen ja karamellinen. Hyvin vähäisesti hiilihappoja.

Aroma is malty with herbal notes, some berries and roastiness. Flavour has berries, malt, some herbs and grassy hops. Also the Plevna house aroma is present in the background. Dunkler bock isn’t my favourite style, but this one was ok anyway.
