On tap at Pikkulintu. Clear dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of light roasted malt, cookies, caramel and some fruit. The body was light. An ok one.

Smell of malt and cream. Very dark brown with creeamy dark brown head. Aroma is watery, with roadted malt, sugar, a faint of rubber. Sweet with mild bitterness. Flat carbon.

Tap at Kaisla, Helsinki. Colour is black with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Licorice, salt, some strange sourness and roasted malts. Very thin and useless.

Aroma is somewhat roasted with malty notes, some coffee, licorice and hints of tar. Flavour has roasted malt, some slightly salty licorice and hints of coffee. Too watery.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark brown, small head. Raisiny wort aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Saccharine and cookies. Low bitterness. Not great.

Draught @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Klaavuntie 11, Helsinki, Finland 00910.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, light toffee - butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, sugar, malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100630]

Draught at Plevna, Tampere, Finland on 9th Aug 2008. Almost jet black, slightly sour and smoky. Mild drinkers in the UK will love this beer, quite a lot of roasted malt. Delicious and very enjoyable.

Draught in Pikkulintu, Helsinki- Very dark brown in colour with a small tan head and a roasted, malty aroma. Slightly fruity and malty taste with a nice malty aftertaste which is very slightly roasted. Tasty.

Draught. Reddishblack colour, brown small foamy head. Vegetably aroma. Malty vegetably flavour with some bitter hoppy notes. Bitter, sticky, semidry aftertaste & palate. Kind of watery though.
