Aroma of yeast dough, barnyard, moderate citric and fruity notes, oxidation. Flavour is medium to light sour with a minimal sweetness, a bit confused and rough. Medium body, light carbonation. Bottle. Pours a Pours a hazy golden color with a fuzzy fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity slightly funky sour aroma with weak hints of citrus. Fruity slightly funky citric flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a fruity funky citrus finish.

Bottle at home, from the De Molen Shop, 16/11/13. Hazed golden orange with a good sozed off white head that retains well. Nose is musty, grape skins, funk, dry rot, lemon rind, dank straw, pissoi, sour gooseberries. Taste comprises, lemon rind, funk, dank straw, musty, lick of honey, cobwebs, decaing melon, sour bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying tarte finale. Decent unblended Lambic.
