Bottle, clear very light straw yellow color, elderflower, spicy aroma, elderflower, apple flavor, quite sweet but not cloying. Not too bad.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - light almost watery. A hint of lemon. Not much fizz. Nose - grape rather than apple. Or maybe pear. Taste - again more like grapes or pears. It’s sweet. Palate - light bodied with a sweet middle section and a sickly sweet and one dimensional finish. Overall - is there alcohol in this? It tastes like an alcopop at best.
