Bottled - travelled around the world within the ash cloud... but both the beer and the sommelier survived to share this clean wheat beer with his Pinkovre friends... An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, malt, and some vitamins, leading to a dry finish.
