On tap at the brewpub. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and topped by a finger-thick off-white head soon diminishing into a thin layer of bubbles. Some lacings. The aroma has citrus and pine cones, a flowery touch and some caramel. Piney and citrusy flavor, good bitterness, and in the far back there’s some caramel sweet malts. Medium body with pleasant co2. Bitter, piney finish. A pleasant and refreshing one, but I wouldn’t be sad if they added even more hops in it. Rating: 6-3-7-3-14-3.3. 100812
On tap at the brewpub, as Sommer Ale. A hazy, golden orange beer with a small, off-white to beige head. The aroma has butterscotch and candy, citrusy hops too. Some sugar. The flavor is as the aroma too buttery, a trademark for the brewery it seems. Bitterness, grapefruit and caramel too. Medium body, slightly cardboardish and with a fine carbonation. Fine bitterness in the else buttery malty finish. Too much butterscoth in this one, would be nice without. 110415

Handbottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, hops, malt, and caramel as well as some bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, hops, malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a quite bitter finish. Huge thanks for papsoe for bringing this home.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Fresh citrus in the nose - Cascade? Medium body, very fresh and fruity - dryish fruity. Loads of exotic notes from the hops - peach and citrus galore. Again a very decent hopping. A very fresh APA. 070710
