On tap at the brewpub. A yellow, unclear beer with a finger-thick white head on top. The aroma is quite nice, with cloves and banana, some lemon and hints of oranges and yeast. Just a faint hint of yeast though. The flavor is orangey and citrusy, with cloves and banana sort of playing the second violin. Medium body, nice carbonation. Lacks on bitterness, especially in the end. Overall, a bit too sweetish, but with some refreshing qualities. 100812

Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100709]

On tap. Pours a cloudy and completely opaque yellow with a white head. The nose has lots of yeast and some citrus. Fairly light in body, again plenty of yeastiness and citrus while the coriander and ginger is fairly downplayed. The finish is dry and lightly phenollic. A fairly classic and easygoing Wit. 070710
