A "Shire" is a traditional term for a division of land, found in the United Kingdom and Australia, used as early as the 5th Century in Wessex. A careful balance of American Hops and Specialty malts create a subtle nutty base with hints of citrus and dark fruits. A full-bodied Best Bitter.
