Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Reddish amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, some mild syrup, wood and mild notes of chocolate. Flavour is dark dry fruits, some burnt sugar, sweet malts and mild chocolate. Ends in a quite sweet malty way along with some mild roasted notes.

Swing top bottle 0,5l (BZ, BB 11/2010)
My first beer from this brewery. Deep amber color, steady creamy beige head. Aroma has chocolate, caramel, diacetyl and hints of sour milk. Quite watery palate. Suprisingly diacetyl is not dominating in the flavor: light caramel, light grassy hops and maltyness. Kind of strange dunkel.

Bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Zippy, nice head. Starts very mild, modest malty-roasty, notes of caramel. Quite sourish background. Somehow unbalanced and notes really drinkable. Better than the Hell but not really good.

Bügelverschlußflasche (100dl): Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, small persistent off-white head; sourish-malty nose with a touch of toasted malt; sourish and sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; cacao powder in the sourish and dryish malty finish. Surely infected............
