Våran egna Indian Pale Ale med en doft av choklad brända mandlar och nykot knäck med mjuka blommiga humle toner, i smaken hittar man toner av fudge, karramel brulé som harmoniserar med den blomiga och fruktigheten från humlen. Drick och njut av denna öl i goda vänners lag och varför inte till en god choklad bit för den som vågar så passar IPAn otroligt bra till fisk.

Flaske 0,33l fra Systembolaget, e-beställning. Felles innkjøp med Rune og delt under rateseanse i H9 27 Jun 12. Mørk gyldenbrun. Mye sedimenter. Høyt, litt farget skum som varer og fester seg til glasset. Sammensatt aroma med mye krydder. Smaken flat - og på grensen til sur. Tørr pappaktig avslutning. Mulig at den er infisert. Må klassifiseres som en belgisk sur IPA slik den framstår her.

330ml bottle, 6.5% abv., picked up in Kiruna ordered via Systembolagets e-beställning, shared with Finn at a tasting session. Creamy, off-white head. Close to clear copper coloured body. Aroma of malts mixed with dry fruits. Malt-fruity taste with a disturbing touch of sour yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Rather unbalanced, I would say, but possible to drink (at Finns in Tromsø, 27.06.2012).

33 cl bottle thanks to Nisse666!Hazy copper to brown color, big lasting off-white to light tan head. Herbal, fruity, some faint bubblegum, hoppy scent. Acidic, apple, tart, sour, grainy taste, also inside of citrus fruit (the white stuff), must be infected? Roasted aftertaste, mixed with the sour notes. Medium mouthfeel, fairly low bitterness. Taste ruins it, blah.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Reddish amber colour with brief, beige head. Malty, toasty nose with notes of roasted grain, dark fruit, toffee and nuts. Malty taste with roasted grain, toast, orange peel, treacle toffee and a generous bitterness with hints of grapefruit in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. English style IPA, and quite nice.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge beige head - overcarbonated when opened - hints of being infected. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and phenols.
