Veteölskaraktär, söt och rund. Helt okej i sommarvärmen. Men inget som sticker ut.

Klar utan jästpartiklar. Lätt örtkryddig åt belgiska hålet, friskt syrlig med en lätt jästbeska, liten sötma.

Bottle 500ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, lemon, citrus sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and light citrus acidic with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. More like a berliner weissen than a german hefeweissen IMO. [20100702]
