Bottled (PBF)
Dark amber-red color, small off-white head. Burnt rubber mixed with rat poison in the nose. Flavor has caramel, white pepper, rubber, .. I can’t describe what this beer is. Yeast gone wrong? Lingering pepper in the aftertaste.

(bottle) Hazy, ruby amber colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Slightly sweet and moderately fruity aroma with notes of dark berries, plums and a mildly toast-malty touch. Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Rather fruit-accented taste with slightly yeasty and shy toasty malty notes, accompanied by shades of chocolate and caramel far in the background; fruity and minimal sour-tart finish. The moderate acidity was unexpected but is not disturbing. All in all a decent brew. 29.XI.09

Bottle (thanks to Allen!) Reddish-amber coloured, hazy, small - quickly collapsing - off-white head; nutty and sweet roast-malty nose with a light sweet fruitiness underneath; light to moderate sweet-tart flavour, light bodied; a bit drier, shorter delicate roast-malty and yeasty finish. O.K.......

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Turbid brown, creamy head. Starts sweet-malty with notes of caramel. Finish reminds me of cinnamon. Drinkable and good beer! Thanks to Allen for the bottle!

Hazy dark amber color, with copper shades; the big head reduces quickly. At first there is some aroma of chocolate, with light yeast and caramel too. It has a correct body strength, with a flavor that juggles between the chocolate and the caramel, with low bitterness. Easy but drinkable.
