A light beer made only of barley malt with soft hints of malt and herbaceous, citrus and floral notes typical of the noble varieties of hops used. Golden yellow color, clear. White foam, very fine and persistent. On the nose the honey and herbaceous notes blend in perfect balance. The sip has a sweet entrance which is replaced by a bitter balsamic, soft and persistent. The light body and the good final dryness, make this beer very easy to drink.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Grassy and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy aroma, strawy, pale malty background, a touch of lemon. Taste is slightly strawy, pale malty with low residual sweetness, grassy and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, a touch of lemon. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Simple, monotonous, slightly overcarbonated - underwhelming.
