Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, as so is the flavor combined with a light note of metal. Thanks Jacob.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt and rye bread. Medium body with sweetish, roasted malt accents and a dry finish. Very decent Dunkel. 301107

Bottle: Dark-amber coloured, smaller fluffy off-white head, rather quickly collapsing; shy dryish-malty/roastmalty nose with a tinge of molasses and fruitiness waving through the backroom; moderate dry bitter (malty9 flavour, light- to medium-bodied, slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish with aromas of liquorice and vinous fruitiness in the aftertaste. Quite good, but seems to be a Schwarzbier.......

(bottle) Clear, reddish brown colour with fluffy tanned foamy head. Light-sweet and slightly roasty malt aroma with a touch of caramel, cacao and shy hints of herbal hops. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Initially quite slim and slightly roasty malty taste with a faint touch of bread crusts; the finish is more interesting: dryish, slightly roasted with a good dose of bittering herbal hops. Decent, but not an overwhelming Dunkel.
