Typical Ale that approaches the English style, the bitter is present but not intrusive. Caramel and lightly toasted notes given by the mixture of malts are highlighted. Of course, the peculiarity of both is that both spelt and raw organic spelt are added.

chiara bella schiuma non finissima ma regolare buona persitenza naso fresco citico leggermente speziato non molto luppolata rinfrescante beverina piacevole

Old cognac colour, no head. Slight brandy touch in the nose as well, hints at coriander, well-defined and elegant. Sweet taste, with a bit of orange, and yet again some corianderish flavour, but a bit plain, nowhere as classy as the classical Rio Maggio. Medium body, slick, even a bit oily MF. Just a bit average beer, no faults to throw a stone at, but with nothing but spelt, it is obviously difficult to reach a top result.
