Bottle. It’s an almost clear one, pale golden in color and with some big chunks of yeast. Big, rocky, white head that soon diminishes into a thin layer of bubbles. Some lacings. It’s very lemon on the nose, in an artificial way, making me think of all the ignorant people saying that some beer smells like dishwashing water. They might be right if they talk about this one. Except that it’s not bad, just very strange. The intense citrus are reduced after a while. It’s thin on the palate, dry. The flavor is quite lemony, some maltyness, and with a sort of pleasant spiced bitterness. Ok, it’s interesting to try this one, but if I’m to drink more of it, someone better pair it with food. 101006

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of pomerans and lemon peal. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and lemon as well as light notes of coriander, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.
