Bottle: Nearly black with a thick, oatmeal-tan head. Milk chocolate, coffee aroma. Flavour is slightly licorice, chocolate malt, roasty....creamy, coffee. Really nice.

Bottle. Creamy nose of vanilla and chiciolate. Black with a nice, bubbly low head. Nice chocolate flavor, roasty wood, coffee, cream. A bit thin, but nice bitterness. Flavorful without being too sweet.

Draft pour at special brews. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma is almost sour, with a bit of chocolate. Love the roasted malt flavor. A bit sweet up front, but finishes on the smokey side. Really good porter here. Enjoyed this a lot.

From a 22 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a dark clear cola brown with an ecru head. Rich malty nose. Flavors of chocolate and licorice. Smooth mouthfeel and finish. Nice porter.
